Translation of peptide protein
Peptide protein which is less than 100 amino acids tend to be difficult to synthesized or yield is low.
Please consider using a large protein tag about 20-40 KDa such as GFP, GST, MBP (maltose binding protein), etc., and consider translating it as an N-terminal or C-terminal fusion protein.
