2.2 Transcription

1. Lightly tap the prepared transcription solution, and centrifuge it lightly with a tabletop centrifuge.
2. Cap the tube lid tightly to prevent evaporation of the solution.
3. Incubate with a block heater at 37 °C for 3 hours.
