1.3 Check PCR product
Checking 1st PCR product and 2nd PCR product with agarose gel electrophoresis is important to see the problem.
Load 1 μl DNA sample and check the PCR product.
* Using gel with a low concentration makes it easier to detect problems.
1st PCR product is preferably a complete single band, but there is no problem with slight contrast.
2nd PCR product is preferably a complete single band, and can be clearly identified.
That is, 1st PCR product is bit more relaxed than 2nd PCR product
