Possible to transcript with vector？
It is difficult to use a vector as a transcription template.
Our standard construct requires an enhancer sequence for the 5’UTR and a tail sequence for the 3’UTR to improve translation efficiency. Please refer to the protocol and primer list in the download section and create a transcription template by PCR.
