Check in the following order.
  1. Check PCR products
  2. Check the amount of mRNA
    As described in the protocol, there is an optimal value for the amount of mRNA to the translation reaction.Adjust it to 25-40 μg, preferably 30-35 μg, per 110 μl of translation reaction.
  3. Check detection method
    Please check by highly sensitive method such as western blotting.
