3.1 Translation (Simple Batch)

1. Prepare mRNA solution adjusted to the optimal amount of mRNA per 80 μl.
2. Prepare the translation reaction solution in a 1.5 ml tube as follows
   

   Reagents	volume
   Wheat Germ Extract	10 μl
   Amino Acid Mix	20 μl
   mRNA solution	80 μl
   total	110 μl

3. Incubate above 10 hours (to 20 hours) at 16 °C
